This painting of a rose began 8 years ago, and was originally to be part of a set of 4 painting made for my El Paso show, inspired by Marty Robbins’ classic cowboy ballad featuring Rosa’s Cantina. I didn’t finish it in time, so it languished in my studio. Occasionally, I’d run across it and wonder what to do with it.
6”W x 6”H x 1.5”D
acrylic on canvas
See the other 3 paintings in the original set: Dance, Drink, and Ride.
